Dampfwerk Distillery (2019)

Dampfwerk Distillery (from the German words “steam works”) is a family distillery located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  The client was looking to create a cocktail lounge to capture the convivial drinking culture of Germany in this Minneapolis suburb.  The cocktail room was created to accompany the existing distillery located in an industrial warehouse adjacent to the project.  The main design component of the cocktail room was the bar which is made of 1/4″ blackened stainless steel along with the back bar.
